Post-Chemotherapy Induced Neuropathic Pain
Ages Eligible for Study: 18 Years of age or older. We are currently enrolling participants who have undergone taxane or platinum chemotherapy and have experienced neuropathic pain lasting more than three months following treatment. Rheumatoid Arthritis
Sponsor: Elevara Medicines
Ages Eligible for Study: 18 Years to 75 Years
We are currently enrolling adults diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis who are experiencing active symptoms despite methotrexate treatment. Eligible participants must meet the American College of Rheumatology / European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) criteria, have moderate disease activity, and be on a stable dose of methotrexate with folic acid. Participants should have a BMI between 18.5–32.0 kg/m², weigh at least 50 kg, and have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.
Upcoming
Cholesterol & Cardiovascular Risk
This study is enrolling adults 50 years and older with elevated lipoprotein(a) levels, a genetic cholesterol marker linked to increased cardiovascular risk. Participants will receive investigational medication via subcutaneous injection, designed to significantly reduce lipoprotein(a) levels. The goal is to determine whether lowering lipoprotein(a) can help prevent a first major cardiovascular event, such as heart attack or stroke.
Obesity & Pulmonary Hypertension and Heart Failure
This Phase Ib study is for adults 18 years and older with obesity (BMI 30–50 kg/m²) and a body weight of 140 kg or less, who also have pulmonary hypertension and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (PH-HFpEF). The investigational medication is administered via subcutaneous injection. The study evaluates multiple dose levels to study the potential to improve heart and lung function using ambulatory pulmonary artery pressure monitoring.
